* Develops, coordinates, and administers services for mental health, developmental disabilities, alcoholism and substance abuse.
* Oversees Single Point of Accountability for at-risk adults.
* Oversees Single Point of Accountability for at-risk adults.
Eligibility: High need adults ages 18 years and older with severe and persistent mental illness.
Application Process: Referring agency must complete SPOA referral forms (available on website) and submit to appropriate agency.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: No fee for services.
