Cultural Competency
Eligibility: Resident of area served. Newborn-18 years of age. Up to age 21 with a Developmental Disability.
Application Process: All applications for services must come through a referral from a Professional Help Case Worker or Counselor (School, DSS, Private Agency, doctor, etc.). Application found on website. Applications are reviewed as they are received online or emailed.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: No fee for service.
