Eligibility: Resident of area served. Birth to 18 years of age or up to age 21 with a Developmental Disability.
Application Process: All applications for services must come through a referral from a Professional Help Case Worker or Counselor (School, DSS, Private Agency, doctor, etc.). Application found on website. Applications are reviewed as they are received online or emailed.

Fees: No fee for services.
