Eligibility: Residents of the Red Jacket School District.

Application Process: Call or walk in.

Fees: No fee for service.

Coverage Note: Town and Village of Manchester and Village of Shortsville, parts of Town of Farmington. Service limited to those within Red Jacket School District.
