* Creates life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. 

Eligibility: Ages 2 1/2-18 years. Have a medically determined life-threatening medical condition at the time of referral.

Application Process: Call, or visit website.

Required Documentation: Proof of life-threatening medical condition.

Fees: No fee for service.

Coverage Note: Chemung, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Schuyler, Steuben, Wayne, and Yates Counties.

 

Make-A-Wish  grants over 68 wishes a year to children diagnosed with life-threatening medical conditions. Wish recipients, their families, and medical practitioners believe that a wish experience can be a game-change in the health and well-being of those battling critical illnesses.
