* Provides early childhood education programs for children ages 8 weeks to 5 years that focuses on bilingual services as well as services to children with disabilities, language development, literacy, mathematics, science, creative arts, social and emotional development, physical health and development, problem solving and includes:
  • Nutrition services. 
  • Health services. 

Eligibility: Children ages 8 weeks to 5 years. Contact the program for specific eligibility information.

Fees: Free or minimal fees for service depending upon eligibility.

Coverage Note: Ontario, Seneca, and Wayne Counties.
