* Builds or renovates houses in partnership with low-income families and sell the houses to qualified people with need at no profit. Funds and building materials are donated by individuals, churches and other organizations.
Eligibility: Resident of area served. Meet HUD guidelines. Work on home building along with volunteers. Willing to accept a 30 year, affordable mortgage.

Fees: 300 hours of "sweat equity" from partner families. Finance of houses via USDA. Volunteer donations of time and labor on projects is always welcome.
