* Provides transitional and permanent apartments to families who are experiencing homelessness. Each family works with a case manager to identify their individualized goals and are connected to community resources to assist them in reaching their highest level of independence.

Eligibility: Must be a currently homeless family and working with the department of social services.

Application Process: All referrals come from the Cayuga County Department of Social Services.

Required Documentation: Department of Social Services referral.

Fees: No fee for services.
