Eligibility: Uninsured, underinsured or inability to pay. Fecal occult blood test: Men and women ages 45 years and older, average risk for colorectal cancer. Screening colonoscopy: Men and women who are at elevated risk for colorectal cancer.

Application Process: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for service. Medicaid coverage for treatment available to eligible individuals screened by this program.

The Cancer Services Program (CSP) provides breast, cervical and colorectal cancer screenings at no cost to individuals.
