* Supports children/youth and their families as they address symptoms of mental health diagnosis or behavioral health needs. 

Eligibility: Birth to age twenty one. Covered by Medicaid or Medicaid Managed Care Plan. Have a mental health diagnosis or at risk of developing a mental health diagnosis.

Application Process: Referrals can be made by emailing: cftss.intake@cayugacenters.org.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: Medicaid, Medicaid Manage Care Plan.

Coverage Note: Cayuga and Seneca Counties.
