* Pairs expecting or parenting young women with a Community Health Worker and therapist who provide support and information throughout pregnancy and the first 3 years of their child's life. BHC partners with young mothers to raise healthy families through a team approach. All services are home-based.

Eligibility: Resident of area served. Women 25 and under, currently expecting, or up to 9 months after her 1st or 2nd child is born.

Mt. Hope Family Center provides treatment to children and helps parents develop skills in child development, communicate more effectively, and resolve conflict in non-violent ways. They aim to help break the cycle of trauma while working with children and their families to strengthen family relationships.
