  • Crisis intervention/stabilization. 
  • Mental health assessments. 
  • Rapid linkage and/or re-linkage to treatment providers. 
  • Interim/bridge mental health treatment. 
  • Mental health transport. 
  • Connections to treatment providers and support systems in the community. 
  • Referrals to non-mental health services.
