* Works with local schools, non-profit groups, and community service organizations to provide support and assistance to people who need help. 
  • Usually donated goods collected from Goodwill stores.

Application Process: Care/Case manager must fill out referral. No direct assistance to the person in need. Case managers please email for form. Email for more information.

Coverage Note: Monroe, Onondaga, Wayne, Ontario, Livingston, Cayuga, and Seneca Counties.
