* Offers crisis prevention and intervention support to people with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health or behavioral health needs.
  • Crisis Plan Development.
  • Consultation, education, and training.
  • Crisis Response.
  • Short-term thrapeutic coaching.
  • Short-term therapeutic resource center.

Eligibility: 6 years of age and older. OPWDD eligibility. Co-occurring mental health or behavioral health concerns that is causing stress within the person's system of care.
