* Trains and matches student volunteers with other students who have developmental disabilities for activities like:

  • Single Events (School Dances, After School Football Games)
  • Ongoing Classes (Cooking, Dance, Martial Arts, Music, or Gymnastics)
  • Extracurricular Activities (Scouts)
  • Drum Circles

Eligibility: Must be eligible through Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).

Application Process: Call or visit website for information.

Required Documentation: OPWDD eligibility letter.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Allegany, Cattaraugus, Cayuga, Chautauqua, Chemung, Cortland, Erie, Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Niagara, Onondaga, Ontario, Orleans, Seneca, Steuben, Tompkins, Wayne, Wyoming, and Yates Counties.
