* Provides an 8-week healthy living class and individual health talks to provide tools to make and maintain healthy lifestyle choices, focusing on lowering the risk of cancer and chronic diseases. 
  • Offered virtually and in person. 

Eligibility: Age 18 or older.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Monroe, Livingston, Wayne, Yates, Ontario, Seneca, Allegany, and Schuyler Counties.
