* Provides short-term home-based crisis services for adults to help remain in the community. 
  • Helps individuals transition from inpatient psychiatric stays, incarceration, homelessness, and emergency room visits. 

Eligibility: Adults 18 and older in area served.

Application Process: Through Allegany County SPOA Committee. Call for information.
