* Assists people in crisis with one-time housing and utility costs. 

Eligibility: Eligible candidates may apply for assistance one time within 12 months. Resident of area served. Must have exhausted the Department of Social Services, other agencies, and church funds.

Application Process: Call for information.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for service.

Coverage Note: Town of Macedon, Farmington, and Palmyra.
