* Provides an in-person visit to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.

  • Co-responds with law enforcement to crisis calls from community members and organizations. 
  • Provides referrals and follow up support for 14 days. 

Eligibility: Resident of area served.

Application Process: None.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: Private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid.

Coverage Note: Allegany County, Broome county, Cattaraugus County, Chemung County, Chenango County, Delaware County, Ontario County, Otsego County, Schuyler County, Seneca County, Steuben County, Tioga County, Tompkins County, Wayne County, Yates County.
