* Assist adults, children, adolescents, and their families in resolving emotional and behavioral health crisis situations. Services include: 
  • Consultation and information. 
  • Clinical assessment. 
  • Crisis intervention and stabilization. 
  • Referrals and linkages to ongoing community resources. 
  • Case management follow-up. 
  • Family or peer advocacy and support. 

Eligibility: Individuals age 5 or older except adults in Albany County. Adults in Albany County call 518-549-6500.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Albany (child and adolescent services only), Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Warren, and Washington Counties.
