* Helps adults (18+) who have been in jail, prison, or detention. They offer different services and support to assist individuals in getting back on their feet. This includes:
  • Case managers who can help with training, finding jobs, housing, transportation, support groups, mentoring, recreational activities, and personal needs products.
  • Assistance with civil legal matters, obtaining birth certificates, Social Security cards, NY photo IDs, and driver's licenses.
  • Collaboration with partner agencies that can also provide services.

Eligibility: Individuals ages 18 and older returning to Monroe County after incarceration.

Application Process: Call, walk-in, visit website, or schedule an appointment.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fee for services.
