* Provides crisis intervention, client/situation stabilization services face-to-face to divert non-lethal individuals from the county's psychiatric emergency departments as well as to find, support and link individuals to mental health services. Some services include:
  • Mental health assessments. 
  • Medication assessment as appropriate. 
  • Follow up. 

Eligibility: Must be current patient or referred by school.

Application Process: Call for information.

Required Documentation: None.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Jefferson, Lewis and Saint Lawrence Counties.

 

Saint Lawrence Pyschiatric Center is designed to provide the clinical intervention and support necessary for adults with serious mental illness and youth with serious emotional disturbances to not only remain in the community, but also continue moving forward on their recovery journey.
