* Connects individuals receiving Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and/or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits due to disability with complimentary employment services including:
  • Career counseling.
  • Vocational rehabilitation.
  • Job placement and training. 

Eligibility: Individuals age 18-64 who receive Social Security Disability Insurance and/or Supplemental Security Income benefits.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Cayuga and Seneca Counties.

 

Community Action Programs Cayuga/Seneca (CAP) serves individuals, families, and children through over 40 programs designed to alleviate hunger and homelessness, help domestic violence victims, prepare individuals for the workforce, provide early childhood development, improve health outcomes, and mitigate crisis.
