* Offers a three-day summer day camp for children who are adjusting to the death of a loved one.

Opportunities to be with peers who also experienced loss.
Developing coping skills for expressing and processing their grief.
Provides therapeutic and social activities.

Eligibility: Children entering grades 2nd-11th in September 20204 who are adjusting to the death of a loved one prior to January 2024.

Application Process: Fill out application on the website before April 12, 2024. 40 spots available.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Monroe County.

UR Medicine Home Care provides in-home health support services (skilled nursing), therapy (physical, occupational, social work, speech), health education, nutrition services, hospice care and case management.
