Eligibility: General REOC entrance requirements include the following: Applicant must be 17 years or older and meet income and residency requirements. Entrance testing. Specific, additional programs requirements vary.

The Rochester Educational Opportunity Center provides career training and academic programs for adults. Programs are tuition-free and based on eligibility. Supports are provided through academic and career tutoring, community outreach and programming, ATTAIN computer certifications and programs, GED preparation and testing, college preparation, college entrance assistance, ESOL programs, career services, and program and support counseling for students.
