Medical Care Free Flights Program

Eligibility: Medical care must be over a 2-hour drive to be eligible for free air transportation. The patient must also be ambulatory and medically stable as well as be able to walk and climb a few stairs to board a small aircraft.

Application Process: Call for information, visit website for information. Patient/caregiver/family member can call for more information. Intake form is located on website at www.PALSSkyHope.org.

Required Documentation: PALS SkyHope staff will fax a medical release to releasing physician as well as need a signed release by the patient and companion.

Fees: No fee for services.
