* Helps kids with different problems through case managers. They can help with:
  • Getting ready for a job.
  • Doing well in school.
  • Finding a place to stay.
  • Getting food.
  • Getting clothes.
  • Getting transportation.
  • Dealing with the law.
  • Having fun and learning new things.

Eligibility: Age 13-19 with multiple service needs.

Application Process: Drop in, call, or send referral through MyWayFinder.

Required Documentation: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Monroe County.

 

The Center for Youth provides free, voluntary, and confidential counseling, emergency shelter, transitional and permanent housing, employment and education support, restorative justice, Teen court,  crisis intervention services, and crisis nursery services for youth and their families.
