* Provides free events, activities, and programs to bring veterans together for peer-to peer support, build relationships to help veterans stay connected, and to integrate into their communities.

Eligibility: Veterans, active duty/reservists, national guard members and families. Resident of area served.

Application Process: None. For any scheduled event/activity visit website for information and online registration form.

Required Documentation: DD-214 (veterans only) or can help to obtain if required.

Fees: No fee for services.
