Eligibility: Home must be owner occupied, and name must be on mortgage loan or deed in case of tax delinquency.
Application Process: By appointment only, call to make appointment.
Required Documentation: ID, proof of income, Mortagage statement.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Genesee, Livingston, Mornoe, Ontario, Wayne, and Yates Counties.
