* Matches volunteers one-to-one with community members based on shared interests, preferences, and availability. Time together might include grabbing coffee, going for a walk, or attending local events.

  • Training will be provided
  • Requires 4 hours per month
  • Up to 200 volunteers are needed
  • Hours can be used to fulfill ABAWD (Able-bodied without dependents) hours

Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older. Pass a full background check.

Application Process: Visit the website for the application or call.

Required Documentation: Valid Driver's License or NYS ID, and 3 references.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Monroe County.
