Family Promise of Greater Rochester

Provides one-time rental assistance for eviction prevention or security deposit for new rentals for families. Applicants who have illustrated a stable rental history and/or an ability to pay future rent will be supplemented by aftercare case management for up to one year from Family Promis of Greater Rochester staff and/or partner agencies.
Restoration Rochester - Program

Provides case management services for individuals in need. Provides referrals for food, clothing, shelter, bus passes, and other services, as well as follow-up, person centered services, goal setting, and emotional support. Provides peer support for mental health and substance abuse. Operates Community Collaborative Monthly Meeting. Provides post disaster housing assistance regarding COVID-19.
