Shelter services (residential) are provided to those living in the area. Other non-residential services eligibility requires the victim reside in Livingston County to receive other services provided by agency.

The client MUST be a victim of domestic violence but can have other victimizations as well. Must be families with children or victim must be pregnant. Eligible for TANF, Medicaid or Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits AND
have verified incomes that fall below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines for their family size.
