Children impacted by trauma, including physical and sexual abuse and​/or domestic violence.

Birth to age 21 with a serious or chronic developmental condition.

Anyone with concerns about a child from birth through 5 years of age.

Ages 18-24 at the time of enrollment; and have dropped out of high school. In addition, the individual must meet at least one of these requirements: a current or former foster youth and​/or a youth offender and​/or an adult offender and​/or a youth who is an individual with a disability and​/or a migrant farmworker youth and​/or a child of an incarcerated parent and​/or a low-income youth.

Military families and veterans.

Youth ages 7-18 at risk and​/or presenting with truancy, delinquency, physical aggression, family conflict, substance use, running away and other antisocial behaviors.

Determined through the Office of People with Developmental Disabilities, must have an established diagnosis of a developmental disability (Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Intellectual Disability, Traumatic Brain Injury, other Neurological Impairment) must exist prior to age 22, with an expected continuation of the condition.
