Call ahead to confirm. Provides short term case management for families in economic crisis. Assess and makes referrals for a variety of non-mental health crisis situations on a case by case basis.

SWEM Community Services, Inc
Provides an emergency food cupboard. Food is pre-packaged No fresh food provided. Based on planned menus. Groceries are to be picked up. Offers a Senior Basket Program that provides: Senior citizen subsistence grocery supplements on a regular monthly basis. Groceries are delivered. Offers referrals to other food cupboards for people living outside SWEM area. Offers budget counseling.
