Must be a Monroe County Resident, have child(ren) under age 13, work 10 hours or more per week, and have an income below 300% of the federal poverty level.

Any service member who was active, deployed or wounded in the last 7 years is eligible for assistance, with proper documentation. Please see attachment in resource for eligibility criteria.

Children 8 weeks-5 years old. Summer: Up to 11 years old.

Individual resides in Monroe County, is 18 years and older, and is the primary caregiver of child or children: 13 years old or younger. (Please note: if a child has a disability-eligibility can be up to 18 years of age). Individual is interested in increasing skills through short term training and​/or career advancement in Health Care, Advanced Manufacturing, or Information Technology.
