Helps find housing that matches client needs through navigation during the entire search process, finding housing, and providing ongoing after-care management for a minimum of six months after finding housing. Provides referrals to other programs and services clients may need.

New York State Energy Research and Development Authority provides energy efficiency services for low income qualified households.

Offers a pilot program of seal and insulated packages available throughout New York State. Packages are offered by trained and qualified contractors who can help solve common problems like: drafty areas in the home, romms difficult to cool in the summer, reduce the occurance of ice damns in the winter. Additional incentive for heat pump installation are available after seal and insulated packages are installed. 

Family Promise of Greater Rochester provides short term emergency housing/shelter, aftercare and stabilization services, prevention & diversion services, and transitional housing to families with children in Monroe County.

The Housing Council at PathStone provides housing counseling and intervention services for tenants, homeowners, and the homeless, plus comprehensive assistance and direct training to landlords.

Provides a grant to assist single-family homeowners with home repairs that facilitate the installation of energy improvements. Eligible repairs are for Health and Safety and Energy Conservation Measures.

Assist with applying for the Weatherization Assistance Program from the U.S. Departments of Energy and Health and Human Services. The WAP assists income-eligible families and individuals by reducing heating/cooling costs and improving the safety of homes or rented property through free energy efficiency measures.

The Esther Project, Inc. provides a transitional house for women.

Offers up to 36 months of housing stability for women transitioning out of homelessness with furnished rooms and a stocked kitchen. 12-session lifestyle support program to address the unique needs of women to remain stable in their homes.

Provides furniture redistribution. Furniture to be picked up needs to provide transportation and loading assistance/movers for the furniture. 

Lutheran Church of the Incarnate Word is a congregation of the Upstate New York Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. 

Provides supper once a month.

Hosts a once a month laundry service.
