The Summer Food Service Program is a national program, federally funded by the US Department of Agriculture. Meals and/or snacks are offered to children, age 18 and younger at various sites. Local partners in the City of Rochester are Foodlink and the Rochester City School District.
Living Well Companion Care Provides non-medical help including transportation and escort for errands and appointments, medication reminder, pet care, companionship and conversation, Personal Emergency Response Systems, housekeeping assistance, meal preparation, and respite care. Physician House Calls Provides medical support for homebound individuals. At Home Handyman Services Provides an array of maintenance, repairs, and safety services.
