Blueprint Geneva provides community services in the areas of urban agriculture, food justice, environmental justice, employment, economic opportunity, and community building.

Greater Rochester/Parent Leadership Training Institute helps parents to obtain the skills to become leading advocates for change.

The Monroe County Office of Mental Health is committed to improving the health and quality of life of county residents who are affected by mental illness, developmental disabilities, alcohol and other drugs.

Offers a youth council group where youth will learn about topics like wellness, job seeking, and relationships but will also develop leadership skills. SWAT youth council members work together in the community to reduce the stigma that surrounds youth who have mental health and behavioral challenges.

Rochester Alliance of Communities Transforming Society, Inc. (RocACTS) is an interfaith community organizing project of multi-racial, interfaith, urban and suburban congregations and groups that will train and empower citizens to create systemic change and shape the political, social and economic decisions that impact their lives. 

Provides assistance to residents throughout the housing search process ensuring individuals and families find accommodations that meet their needs. Offers after-care management for at least six months after secured housing, helping residents maintain stability and access to additional services.
