Provides free and confidential support for callers experiencing increased anxiety due to the coronavirus emergency. The Help Line is staffed by volunteers, including mental health professionals, who have received training in crisis counseling. Provides additional resources to providers, as well as the general public, about managing mental wellness during the coronavirus emergency.
COVID-19 Coping Circles - Program

Provides online and phone support groups for individuals impacted emotionally by the COVID-19 (coronavirus) crisis in New York State. Groups are facilitated by licensed mental health professionals. Each Coping Circle will contain six people and meet once a week for six weeks, for approximately 60 minutes each week.
