Provides baby formula (not all kinds always available), limited first come first serve basis by appointment only. Provides diapers (not all sizes always available), limited first come first serve basis by appointment only.

SWEM Community Services, Inc
Provides an emergency food cupboard. Food is pre-packaged No fresh food provided. Based on planned menus. Groceries are to be picked up. Offers a Senior Basket Program that provides: Senior citizen subsistence grocery supplements on a regular monthly basis. Groceries are delivered. Offers referrals to other food cupboards for people living outside SWEM area. Offers budget counseling.

Offers food pantry assistance to clients on a monthly basis as needed. Offers information to clients to address financial, mental health, medical and general needs. Partnered with Foodlink and the Salvation Army Offers clothing through the Treasure Store. Foodlink Mobile Truck will be every fourth Saturday beginning June 27 until the forth Saturday in October Mobile Pantry is held at the Hamlin Town Hall at 1658 Lake Road Hamlin, NY.

Provides a weekly food shelf, which includes fresh food during the summer that guests can use up to twice per month. Additionally offers clothing, book exchange, mending station, and healing service one week per month. Operates several community gardens and a farm stand. Provides personal hygiene items as available.
