Provides an emergency food cupboard. Food is pre-packaged No fresh food provided. Based on planned menus. Groceries are to be picked up. Offers a Senior Basket Program that provides: Senior citizen subsistence grocery supplements on a regular monthly basis. Groceries are delivered. Offers referrals to other food cupboards for people living outside SWEM area. Offers budget counseling.

Only callers in zip code 14607, 14610, 14618, or 14620 are eligible for food to be delivered to their home. If the caller lives in any other zip code in Monroe County then they must also have a case manager, who needs to contact the appointment line to arrange for food pick-up.

Offers food pantry assistance to clients on a monthly basis as needed. Offers information to clients to address financial, mental health, medical and general needs. Partners with Foodlink and the Salvation Army Offers clothing through the Treasure Store.
