Must have at least two of the following risk factors:
Low socioeconomic status (SES).
Low school attendance.
Overage for grade.
Failing 2 or 3 core subjects.
ELA/Math level below 3.
Suspensions.
Must attend one of the designated Hillside Work Scholarship Schools, including:

Edison Career & Technology.
Enrico Fermi School #17.
Franklin High School.
Gates-Chili High School.
Gates-Chili Middle School.
Greece Athena High School.
James Monroe High School.

Age 18 or older, US citizen or permanent resident, resident of area served, able and willing to work full time, household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline, not previously enrolled in Bridges.
