Uninsured, underinsured. Fecal occult blood test: Men and women ages 45 years and older, average risk for colorectal cancer. Screening colonoscopy: Men and women who are at elevated risk for colorectal cancer.

Home Buyer Education classes: Must live in the area served. First-time home buyers loans: Must live or work in the area served. Loan eligibility is based on household income guidelines and available funds.
