Developmental disability, autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy and other neurological impairments which constitute a lifelong mental or physical impairment that becomes apparent prior to age 22 years, is expected to continue indefinitely and constitutes a substantial handicap to a person's ability to function normally in society.

Birth to twenty one. Must be a Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care, or Medicaid Family of One recipient. Must meet Level of Care requirements.

Individual living with Alzheimer's or another dementia.

Victims of Domestic Violence and their children residing in the area and include but are not limited to physical, mental, emotional, verbal, sexual, financial, etc. abuses. Shelter services (residential) are provided to those living in the area. Other non-residential services eligibility requires the victim reside in Livingston County to receive other services provided by agency.

Farmworker women.

Spanish, French, Portuguese on site with other languages as needed through contracted translators.

Blind or visually impaired people, families, friends, doctors, teachers.
