Ages 18 years or older. Survivor of brain injury (medically or traumatically related) or other neurological challenges. Day program requirements: Able to to care for basic needs (feeding, self-medication and toileting). Capable of self-managing behavior.

Expectant parents and families with children under the age of 21.

Students in grades 7 through 12. Must have at least two of the following risk factors: Low socioeconomic status (SES). Low school attendance. Overage for grade. Failing 2 or 3 core subjects. ELA​/Math level below 3. Suspensions. Must attend one of the designated Hillside Work Scholarship Schools, including: Early College International High School. East High School – Upper. School Program: Ages 5-22 years. Adult Program: Ages 21 or older, no age cap and are Medicaid eligible.
