Teens.

Individuals with serious health issues and​/or other social​/emotional situations including but not limited to: cancer, long-term or chronic illness, Downs Syndrome, Autism, Asperger's, at-risk youth, Anxiety Disorder, depression, OCD, ADD​/ADHD, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Reactive Detachment Disorder, learning disabilities, documented social or emotional debilitation, life transitions​/family Issues, trauma, abuse, neglect and​/or life-altering setbacks.

Youth with visual impairments ages 9-19. Must be predominantly independent, possess verbal or sign communication skills within 2 years of their age, display behaviors that allow them to function in a group setting that does not affect other group members, does not possess a medical problem that requires a nurse for constant supervision.

Individuals who are pregnant or have had a child and feel overwhelmed, sad, anxious, or exhausted.

Physician recommendation and medical needs requiring long term care and​/or rehabilitation. An approved payor source is also required.

Must be between 5-21 years of age. Must have a developmental disability.

Diagnosis of Leukemia, Hodgkins, Lymphoma, Multiple Myeloma or other related syndromes.
