Ages 18-24 at the time of enrollment; and have dropped out of high school. In addition, the individual must meet at least one of these requirements: a current or former foster youth and​/or a youth offender and​/or an adult offender and​/or a youth who is an individual with a disability and​/or a migrant farmworker youth and​/or a child of an incarcerated parent and​/or a low-income youth.

Ages 16 to 25 years, must reside in Northeast quadrant of the city, active in street violent lifestyle and high risk activity.

Ages 12-21.

Ages 6-21, receiving Medicaid, with a chronic medical diagnosis.

Youth ages 7-18 at risk and​/or presenting with truancy, delinquency, physical aggression, family conflict, substance use, running away and other antisocial behaviors.

Parents, family, or friends struggling with the loss of a pregnancy or infant death.

None.

Expectant parents, and parents of newborns up to 3 months. Services are offered to enrolled families until the child is 3-5 years of age.
