• Collaborates effort between neighborhood citizens and the City of Rochester's four district neighborhood centers to deal with a variety of neighborhood issues;
- Neighborhood planning and coordination services.
- Police and Citizens Together Against Crimes (PAC-TAC) Program: Volunteers in the community work with an on-duty patrol officer or crime prevention officer and help prevent crime.
- Neighborhood Watch Programs.
Eligibility: Resident or land owner in City of Rochester.
Application Process: Call or walk in.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: No fee for services.
Coverage Note: Quadrant based within the City of Rochester limits.
