Eligibility: Call for information. Juvenile Mediation Program: ages 8-20 years. Families in Transition: ages 5-16 years and their parents.

Fees: If any, nominal fees. Sliding scale based on income. Third Party Insurance. Custody/visitation mediation: no fee for service.
Coverage Note: Monroe, Cayuga, Livingston, Ontario, Steuben, Seneca, Wayne, Yates Counties.
