- Designed for adults 21 and over enrolled in HARPS (Health and Recovery Plans) - Medicaid Managed Care plans that pay for behavioral health and substance use services.
- Peer Empowerment, Habilitation, Psychosocial Rehabilitation, and Family Support and Training.

Eligibility: Clients can inquire about their HARP status by calling Medicaid Choice at 855-789-4277. Once enrolled, clients would need to complete an eligibility assessment by an assessor or through their insurance company (RC-Recovery Coordinator) to determine the appropriate services.
Application Process: Referrals may be self-initiated or made by a treatment provider.
Required Documentation: Call for information.
Fees: No fee for service; must meet eligibility requirements.
