Bridging Opportunity through Learning Development

thru: Villa of Hope

Works to improve the functioning of at-risk, criminal justice, and probation/parole-involved adolescents and adults by improving employability, reducing recidivism, addressing basic needs, and managing mental health/substance use needs that make maintaining employment difficult, while supporting community workforce needs.

Eligibility: Youth & adults who are at risk of criminal justice involvement or have probation/parole records.

Application Process: Call for information.

Fees: No fee for services.

Coverage Note: Monroe County and the Greater Rochester Area.
