Shelter Program
thru: Family Promise of Greater Rochester
• Provides short term emergency housing/shelter and case management for homeless families with children.
- Six families may be accommodated
- Housing for a week at a time per facility
- Children picked up for school at Day Center
- Adults must engage in housing search or job search
Application Process: Pre-screening is done over the phone. Intake arranged with family if qualified.
Required Documentation: Paystubs or income verification, if working.
Fees: No fee for service.
Coverage Note: Monroe County.
Languages: Spanish.
